Our approach

We start with listening, not a catalogue.

Most event providers present a menu: choose Activity A, B, or C; pick a venue from this shortlist; add dinner. That’s not a designed experience, that’s assembly.

We start differently. A real conversation about your group: who they are, what their working life looks like, what kind of energy they have, and what they’ve already done that they didn’t love. Those answers become a brief. The brief becomes a concept. The concept becomes something they’ll still talk about six months later.

This approach comes from four years of working with groups from France, the UK, the US and across Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia & Herzegovina, and learning exactly where the magic lives and where it dies.

Caudalie reached us during their corporate seminar at Falkensteiner Punta Skala, asking for one thing: a boat tour their team would actually remember. We designed a single-day programme through the Zadar archipelago that started in the afternoon and stretched into the night.

Sunset on deck. A swim stop in the middle of a channel. Live music turning into karaoke. Cocktails paired with a local catering spread. Every supplier drawn from the Authland marketplace, operators we already know, have worked with, and whose reviews speak for themselves. The brief was “a boat tour”, what they got was a complete day they kept stretching because nobody wanted to step off.

The questions we get most.

How early do we need to book?

For smaller groups (up to ~15 people), we can sometimes work with as little as 10 days’ notice. For groups of 15–30, we recommend 3–4 weeks. For larger events, 6–8 weeks gives us the best flexibility. That said, reach out early, and we’ll tell you honestly what’s achievable.

Do you have a minimum or maximum group size?

We routinely run programmes for 6 to 120 guests. Smaller and larger groups are possible, we’ll tell you up front if the logistics make sense for you.

Which regions do you cover?

Croatia (Dalmatia, Istria, Lika, Slavonia, Zagreb area), Slovenia, and Bosnia & Herzegovina. We can build cross-border itineraries when it makes the trip better.

Are your itineraries fixed or fully custom?

Fully custom. We don’t sell packages. We start from your brief, group profile, dates, vibe, budget, and propose a concept built specifically for you.

How do you handle dietary needs, accessibility, mixed pace?

We ask for everything up front: allergies, mobility, religious requirements, languages, energy levels. Every supplier in our network has been briefed on accommodating these, or they aren’t in our network.

What does pricing look like?

We quote per-brief, not per-head from a rate card. After the first call we can give you a working range within 48 hours, and a firm quote with the concept proposal.
